Discount for RVF Subscription Customers

The discount applies to customers with an active subscription with RVF:

Deutschland-Ticket Subscription, Job and JugendBW (over 18 years old), Regiokarte Subscription, Job and JobTicket BW.

Where can I find my subscription number?

The subscription number can be found in various places:

• The subscription number is listed in the first letter you received by mail
• On the bank statement for the monthly subscription payment
• In the VAG AboOnline portal

Entering the subscription number

The subscription number consists of:

• the customer number, which always starts with 7, and
• a final digit after a hyphen, e.g., -01.

This final digit indicates which subscription you have with RVF.

Example: If you cancel a Deutschlandticket and later sign up for a new subscription, your number might end in -02, for example.

Important: This is how the number must be entered

During registration, the subscription number must be entered in a specific format:

• Dots must be replaced with hyphens
• Leading zeros at the end are omitted
• If no ending digit is specified, please still append -1 or -2, etc.

Activate the discount

You can activate the discount during registration or later in the nextbike app:

1. In the nextbike app, tap “Wallet” at the bottom center
2. Tap “Activate a Partner Benefit”
3. Select “RVF Subscription” as the partner
4. Enter the subscription number
5. The discount will be automatically applied
